Azokro Return Policy

At Azokro, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. Read on for everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order.


What Can Be Returned?

We gladly accept returns for most items within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all included accessories or parts.

Some items, like personalized products, may not be eligible for return. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at service@azokro.com or call (+1) 253-322-7222. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  2.  Pack & Ship
    Once we’ve confirmed your return request, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation to help us process your return quickly.
  3.  Send It Back
    Ship the item to the following address:

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.


Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help. Simply follow the same steps for a return, and we’ll send you the exchange item as soon as we receive the returned product.


Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll take care of it and ensure you get a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
